GARDEN CITY, NY - November 19, 2007 RealtyData Corp. (RDC), a provider of comprehensive property information solutions, has added 300 vesting counties to its Web-based title plant. With these additional counties, the company now covers 941 counties nationwide.
The addition of these 300 counties marks the largest growth in the vesting product since its inception – a 50% increase in coverage. RDC’s clients now have online access to ownership information and associated legal descriptions in 941 counties across 49 states and the District of Columbia.
RDC’s electronic databases contain vesting records from some of the country’s most heavily populated counties, including Los Angeles, Orange and San Diego County, CA; Cook County, IL; Harris County, TX; and Maricopa County, AZ.

- 99% of Florida
The company experienced unprecedented growth in 2007, adding 300 vesting counties (for a total of 941) and 15 property reporting counties (for a total of 112). Users of the system include vendor management companies, underwriters, title agents, real estate attorneys and others.

RDC’s legal and vesting software speeds up the turn time on title reports by reducing keystrokes and extracting data that would normally need to be typed manually. It does this using a feature called “instant images,” which includes images of the document within the application itself for easy data capture. OCR technology is then used to extract data directly from the images and convert it to a usable text format.
