Realty Data Corp. of Mineola, New York, recently unveiled its innovative Internet- based real estate information research service to the members of the New York Land Title Association at the organization's Spring 2001 Business Education Seminar. RealtyData Corp. is a provider of comprehensive real estate information for the financial services sector.

Members of the Association were provided with individual demonstrations of RealtyData's services, which expedite the searching and retrieval of a wide variety of real estate and related information. Searches that once took several weeks can be done in minutes and reports that took days to complete are available instantaneously.

Comprehensive information that is presently available includes: Deeds, Mortgages and UCC's, Real Estate Document Images, Federal Tax Liens, Real Property Assessment Data, Environmental Control Board Violations, Judgments by Name, Parking Violations, Transit Adjudication Board Violations, Mechanic Liens, Sidewalk Liens, Building Loans, Lis Pendens, Tax Histories and later this summer, Bankruptcies.

"We chose to publicly roll-out our service at the New York State Land Title Association's meeting because they are New York's leading organization for abstract and title companies. Individuals in the abstract, title and finance sector are those who will be converting to our system over the next several years. RealtyData Corp.'s comprehensive services went on-line in December of 2000 and during its first few months of operation the company has developed relationships with over a dozen leading New York title, abstract, mortgage companies and banks. RealtyData's databases are updated frequently, in many cases daily. Through its easy to use Internet interface, the company provides immediate access to automated reports. Today, over one thousand reports are generated by the company's system each week. Because this service has been designed to assist in expediting the title examination and mortgage loan closing process the number of reports that will be generated weekly is expected to increase significantly in coming months.

Through an Internet interface, the company provides financial institutions, abstract companies, title companies and attorneys with comprehensive real estate data and reports.
