Who uses RDC reports?
RDC’s system is primarily used by Title agents and vendor management companies. In addition, underwriters, attorneys and abstractors use the system in order to obtain fast and accurate property information.
What do I get with an RDC search?
This innovative Web-based system offers fast, comprehensive, reliable and secure online searching. Now you can get property reports, name searches, images and other relevant data faster than ever before. Common searches include: One Owner Searches, Two Owner Searches, Deed Searches, Mortgage Searches and many more.
How do I work with RDC?
There are several ways to work with us:
Self-Service – Your staff logs into our online title plant and conducts their own title searches. Available products are Property Reports or Vesting Reports.
Examination Network – RDC’s examination staff performs the searches and customizes them using client specific requirements. All reports are produced and delivered electronically.
Full Automation Through Integration – No human interaction. An order request is generated from your system and sent over to the RDC system. The order is fulfilled automatically and the results immediately returned to your system. This product is only available for Vesting Reports.

What does it cost?
The cost depends on the type of search ordered, the method or service level chosen (see above), the county in which a property resides and volume. Several plans are available.
How are the reports delivered?
Several electronic options are available. Reports are available in PDF, HTML, or via XML (XML requires an integration between the RDC system and the client’s processing system).
Are images of recorded documents available?
Is your web site secure?
Yes. Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) technology is employed. SSL is the standard Web protocol for providing seamless, secure communication via the Internet. RDC has taken all the necessary steps to assure the security of our information.
Do you provide training?
Yes. Training sessions are conducted onsite as well as online. Because of the system's ease of use, sessions usually last 1-2 hours and then subsequent sessions are provided upon request.
Do you have Errors & Omissions (E & O) insurance?
Can your reports be used as a basis for title insurance?
Yes, clients can utilize our Property Reports as a basis for title insurance.
